Motion to Strike

Pinellas County Judge Thomas McGrady Affirmed Pinellas County's Aiding & Abetting In Felonies and Civil Rights Violations

Grievance Against Judge J. Thomas McGrady for Unlawful Incarceration

Reflected below is the grievance filed on Sep. 6, 2012 against the J. Thomas McGrady, Chief Judge of the 6th Judicial Circuit Court in Pinellas County, Florida for the unlawful incarceration of Spencer C. Young in maximum security jail with the most violent of felons on entirely pretended charges (made to cover up the felonies perpetrated by a North Carolina Judge, David Q. LaBarre and his girlfriend, Leah R. Krier), and unlawfully denied reasonable bail.  The knowingly false charges were pursued by LaBarre's long-time friend and colleague, the acting Durham District Attorney, Leon Stanback. [Note: Both LaBarre and Stanback are retired Superior Court Judges of Durham County, North Carolina.]

[Update:  the charges were later dismissed as meritless]

As stated in the filed grievance:
"McGrady is a monster, and represents
a clear and present danger to the public
 and must be removed."
