Motion to Compel Production of Evidence Serving As The Basis For UNLAWFUL Search and Seizure

Federico                The Profoundly Corrupt Florida Court Involved                         McGrady

During his UNLAWFUL 127-day incarceration, Spencer C. Young was UNLAWFULLY denied legal representation and access to any computers.  Therefore he had to represent himself (referred to as "Pro Se"), and file hand-written motions on his own behalf (see below).  Worse yet, he was denied access to a copier, so he had to painstakingly hand-write additional copies for the Court Clerk, and for himself.  This is just another inhumane form of torture.

Reflected below is Mr. Young's Motion To Compel the production of all evidence which served as the basis for what was clearly an UNLAWFUL search and seizure, and authorized by a woefully corrupt Pinellas County (FL) Judge, Philip J. Federico, who maliciously disregarded the Fourth Amendment to the US Constitution.

The judge principally responsible for perpetuating Mr. Young's UNLAWFUL incarceration in Pinellas County (FL) jail was J. Thomas McGrady, who was at the time Chief Judge of the Sixth Judicial Circuit (for Pinellas and Pasco Counties in Florida).  Mr. McGrady chose to not seek reelection as Chief Judge because Federal CRIMINAL "Color of Law" Charges were filed against him for his reprehensible disregard for Mr. Young's rights.  The profoundly corrupt McGrady responded to this motion in the same manner as he has done with all other motions -- he simply rejected it in direct violation of Mr. Young's Constitutional rights because in this case . . .

THE EVIDENCE DIDN'T EXIST !

Petition For Writ of Habeas Corpus To Gain Freedom From Unlawful Jailing

During the UNLAWFUL incarceration of Spencer C. Young on entirely FABRICATED charges that were made up OUT OF THIN AIR (and later dismissed as such) by corrupt Durham North Carolina District Attorney Leon Stanback in an diabolical effort to cover-up the multiple FELONIES of North Carolina Judge David Q. LaBarre and his girlfriend (Leah R. Krier), he was denied access to any computers and also UNLAWFULLY denied legal counsel.  As a result, Mr. Young had to submit all motions to secure his RIGHTFUL FREEDOM in handwriting (as reflected below).

These documents were also duplicated in long hand (Mr. Young was also denied access to copiers) and secretly handed off to a private detective he had hired during visits, who would then upload to this website and mail out copies to a variety of others, as applicable, with the ultimate goal of gaining his rightful freedom.

This motion for a "Writ of Habeas Corpus" should have been granted based on the overwhelming facts, circumstances and operative law.  Yet this and ALL other motions were denied without explanation by the Chief Judge of the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court, J. Thomas McGrady. so Spencer C. Young would remain incarcerated in maximum security in Pinellas County Jail, while Sheriff Bob Gualtieri administered a sinister program of torture.

                                        Judge McGrady                                                        Sheriff Gualtieri

ALL of which emanated from the SAME IP (Internet Protocol) ADDRESS, which was then traced to the SAME PHYSICAL LOCATION of a rural farmhouse in Potwin, Kansas, which appears to have various addresses, such as:

The property is owned by Joyce M. Taylor, who in turn has made arrangements in advance to transfer title to this property jointly to Fred Whitmore and Mary Ann Mercado upon her passing.

Below is another instance of notification -- in fact, the SEVENTEENTH KNOWN VICTIM . . . and there are obviously MANY more.

Subject: Identity Theft Farmhouse- Kansas

Dear Spencer,
I have researched online about the Identity Theft Farmhouse in Kansas. I am a
recent victim of this. Somehow, this hacker was able to access my facebook and
my email address. I was able to track the IP address to two addresses in Kansas,
which were both correlated to the many reports on this "Identity Theft
Farmhouse".This is how I was able to find you and your email. So far, I have
regained access to my facebook and have switched the email associated to a new
one.

I have also stopped utilizing the email that the hackers were able to gain
access to. This has only been over the past few days, so I am now concerned that
these mysterious people will gain access to my other email accounts (which have
important information in them) as well as possibly my online banking system.
They may also gain access to other potentially compromising accounts I have on
my computer. I do not want this to lead to identity theft. Please let me know
what information you were able to gain about this situation when it occurred to
you. I have also contacted the FBI through a submitted form online. Thanks.
