Numerous people have voluntarily contacted Spencer C. Young, indicating: (1) their social website or email account had been hacked; (2) their identity was stolen; (3) they were the victim of electronic harassment; or (4) were subjected to other forms of cyber-crimes . . . ALL of which emanated from the SAME IP (Internet Protocol) ADDRESS, which was then traced to the SAME PHYSICAL LOCATION of a rural farmhouse in Potwin, Kansas, which appears to have various addresses, such as:
  1. 8652 NW 120th St.,  Potwin, KS 67123
  2. 8653 NW 120th St.,  Potwin, KS 67123
  3. 8689 County Road 576, Potwin, KS  67123
  4. 8635 NW 120th St., Potwin, KS 67123
The property is owned by Joyce M. Taylor, who in turn has made arrangements in advance to transfer title to this property jointly to Fred Whitmore and Mary Ann Mercado upon her passing.

Below is another instance of notification -- in fact, the TWENTY-NINTH KNOWN VICTIM . . . and there are obviously MANY more.

Subject: Contact by IP from Farm House in Potwin, KS

Dear Spencer,

I'm currently a freshman in college studying computer science and security research, and this evening my roommate was contacted by a Facebook account that I identified to be a social engineer. The purpose of the contact was that the "girl" was a model in Florida and after flirting with my roommate she explained she was in a modeling contest and asked him if he would vote for her.

After he received an Evernote link with the instructions on how to vote, I began doing basic information gathering on the website. Once I had the IP of the site, I soon found out that the whois server lacked information on the IP address listed, and decided to check the geophysical location of the IP.

The location was the Farm House in Potwin KS. I have never heard of the issues that have transpired there until this evening, and eventually I stumbled across your blog, and then you. The site itself was a honeypot, and after running a couple vulnerability assessments, I found out that the site is not publicly hosted, but rather being run off a Linux based server most likely in a private location such as that house.  I have saved all the information I have gathered, and no response has been made to the account following having the link sent.

I would like to talk to you about the information I have found out and possibly come one step closer to solving this mystery. I look forward to your response.

Subject: Phone number

Hello,

I recently saw your posting on "http://www.morganstanleygate.com/2011/12/others-mysteriously-contacted-via.html". I came across it because I too was trying to find out information about this anonymous scammer. As I am quite adept at computer hacking, I was hoping to get back at infiltrate this persons system (however I do understand he may be using a VPN, and that is why this location keeps popping up on IP traces). In the posting you mentioned that you have "phone numbers", and that would provide them if requested.

Is this/are these phone number(s) the number(s) of the address in question, or to a source for information?

Please reply, I need information. Thank you very much. I hope you still use this email.

Sincerely,
-Hydr0

Re-Assessment of Integrity

Pressler
The below email was sent to Mike Pressler, the former Head Coach of Lacrosse at Duke University and currently the Lacrosse Coach at Bryant University, which bewails my utter dismay over his recent behavior, best described as contumely.

[Note: I am being euphemistic in expressing my feelings . . . for otherwise expletives might spew unabated.]

Re:  Re-Assessment of Integrity
[Note:  embedded hyperlinks provide additional information]

When you wanted my son Michael to attend Duke to play lacrosse, you flew to New York and came to my home to present your case.  This was followed by numerous communications initiated by you.  Throughout the process of selecting a college, you struck me as a man of integrity, and Michael ended up playing for you in the NCAA Division I Lacrosse Championship game the following year as a freshman.

During the ensuing 2006 season, the Duke Lacrosse team, and you as its head coach were: (1) victimized by the bold face lies of a misguided young woman and; (2) the reckless prosecutorial actions of a wayward Durham District Attorney.  Everyone associated with Duke Lacrosse had their world turned upside down, and you were wrongfully vilified in the media and unjustly fired.  To set the record straight, you co-wrote a book with an established author, Don Yaeger titled It’s Not About The Truth.

Six years later, the same thing happened to me, however the circumstances and impact were far worse.  Yet when I reached out to you for a mere introduction to Mr. Yaeger, in the context of perhaps assisting with my upcoming book, Cannibals In White Shoes, I am dismayed you don’t exhibit a modicum of respect, nor the decency to return my phone calls, nor respond to my emails.

And to think I had once considered you altruistic and of character beyond reproach.

Sincerely,
Spencer C. Young

Response To Continued Harassment in Kansas Paternity Fraud

The below letter responded to the continued efforts to harass Spencer C. Young on a paternity claim that does not exist from a state with no jurisdiction whatsoever, to wit - Kansas.

Keep in mind the true underlying purposes of this absolutely absurd matter:  (1) It is an attempt to portray Mr. Young as a deadbeat father in the continued efforts to smear him, so his credibility in the pursuit of criminal charges and massive civil claims in the prosecution of MorganStanleyGate is undermined; and (2) to serve as the fraudulent basis to unlawfully arrest Mr. Young a THIRD time in an effort to quash his many active pursuits for justice.

Those principally involved in this preposterous element of the Kansas Paternity Fraud are pictured below and discussed in the body of the letter below.  And to describe them as churlish liars, devoid of a moral compass is to be euphemistically kind.

Phyllis Gilmore                      Bob Corkins                       Ron Svaty                      Leah Krier

Re:  Person Number 000 341 6774

This responds to your letter dated 10/05/2013, titled “NOTICE OF INTENT TO REPORT TO CREDIT BUREAUS”, which I only recently received, evidencing a deliberately delayed mailing.  Notwithstanding, this response is being emailed on the date reflected above,  and physically mailed for delivery of the first business day following the 20th of October – thus this response shall be deemed timely.

As evidenced in great detail, this matter is beyond absurd.  It is an instance of fraud, harassment, reckless abuse of authority and part of a complicit cover-up of multiple state felonies.   Criminal charges have been filed with the Federal Bureau of Investigation pursuant its “Color of Law” mandate, with criminal indictments of Ms. Gilmore, Mr. Corkins, and Ellsworth County Judge Ron L. Svaty, who knowingly instigated this brazen fraud with no jurisdictional authority whatsoever.   And their odious acts were executed on behalf of a felonious resident of North Carolina (Leah R. Krier), who is being criminally charged at the Federal level with grand larceny, fraudulent conversion and automobile theft.

How dare you to pursue what you know to be a BOGUS $10,000 claim, and on behalf of a felon who absconded with $275,000 of my personal property!  Moreover, you were provided overwhelming evidence showing Ms. Krier has consistently resided in NORTH CAROLINA since 2005 – ergo, this is NOT a Kansas matter.  Moreover, the subject child is NOT my son – for if he were, the perfidious felon (Ms. Krier) would have submitted buccal samples for DNA testing, when frequently requested long ago.

Ms. Herl will also be criminally charged should this fraudulent claim be reported to any credit bureau.   Ms. Gilmore, and Messrs. Corkins and Svaty are recreant varlets of kakistocracy who willingly vitiate civil rights.  They are pestilent monsters of humanity, devoid of integrity – in a word . . . scum.

Sincerely,

Spencer C. Young

Matt --

Thank you for the correspondence, and the more info that can be provided, the better.  Perhaps point out to "Tom" that FEAR stifles the truth, which is the ONLY path out of this dysfunctional mess, and is only False Evidence Appearing Real. Stay strong my friend.

Update: As I had washed my hands of this a few months back, and nearly forgotten it, I received a call from a very terrified person. He wouldn't give me his name or phone number, and the ones he gave me I'm very sure are falsified. He claims to have discovered the person/s involved in this, and has been since under attack in every technological aspect of him or his entire family's life... and in one scarier, more surreal instance an actual multi car hit and run, an attempt to force him off the road. He says all his complaints, queries, etc. are getting brushed under the proverbial rug. He asked me too look into some things, to verify some results. Mainly because he claimed to not have the technological wherewithal to be sure it was accurate, but also because what he was claiming surely can't be possible. He told me there were many major corporation sub nets/IPs/entire network trunk lines being re-directed through this farmhouse in Potwin Ks. I wanted to just write it off a hullabaloo, but upon tracing a few of the numbers he gave me, I can legitimize his concern. Either this man has a digital bulls-eye painted on his forehead, or is directly involved and attempting a disinformation campaign. Not sure it this is something I'm willing to lose much more sleep over, but I know I need some additional resources/brainpower. I know it sounds virtually impossible, and if it was could only be done with complete government approval. I told him a lot of the hush hush attitude was more likely a gag order, preventing the disruption of ongoing classified projects. Don't ask me what, I'm no Wikkileaks. Just a friendly neighborhood techie trying to sort fact from fiction.
I have decided not to blog/write further on this topic, on the slim chance that it is some cataclysmic or life altering scenario, best not to draw any more attention. If you would like more information on this, feel free to ask. I've only spoken to him once at the moment, and had talked him into contact info he could give me to reach him. However, the contact info he gave me was obviously bogus to anyone who knows how to Google a land line phone number.
Let me know what you think, eh?

info as follows:
Claimed name was "Tom", although he was more than hesitant while giving it, so likely fake.
The contact number he had he did not remember, had to look it up (suspicious). Also, this guy claims to be living in Central Ks, when the number he gave me traced to California, under references owners Cynthia/Lucille Fatica.

Either this guy is who he says he is and fells as if he is in real danger from this, or this is in fact an associate of the Potwin Hackers attempting a disinformation campaign.

Oddly enough I am not a victim of mysterious email, I found this site entirely by accident while researching and ISP re-direction. I pay for 2 MBPS, but speed tests were clocking me at 10 MB plus, peaking at 25. I ran a traceroute and discovered this farmhouse by searching info on the only ip address on my path that didn't match a Cox subnet. (70.183.71.66)
The entirety of my network usage was being re-routed through this place. I can't imagine a farmer with server stacks and T1 lines. Maybe there's more info I haven't found yet? Understand these posts are dated 2011, surprised this is still coming up.
