Stacy –

I left a detailed voicemail message for you, following up on an email sent to Senator Johnson and each of the 21 other members of the U.S. Senate Banking Committee (“SBC”), concerning “The Worst Bank Foreclosure Fraud In U.S. History” – I invite you to run an Internet search on this and note that the majority of your Top-Ten Results will pertain to THIS matter.

My Request

Accordingly, I wish to speak directly to Senator Tim Johnson in the context of his role as Chairman of the SBC. The Additional Information section below evidences each member of the SBC having been apprised of this matter. It has also been shared with over 1,800 news media contacts across the U.S.

The bottom line is this: I wish elicit Senator Johnson’s support for commissioning an SBC investigation into this matter . . . for once this begins, the house of cards will come tumbling down and countless others will thus benefit.

Why This MUST Be Investigated

Closing Thoughts

Should you question the veracity of these claims, ask yourself this – would someone otherwise be subjected to an over-the-top smear campaign in of over 60 bombastically false and disparaging articles by four newspapers over roughly one year?

If you are wondering if this matter warrants the SBC’s attention, ask yourself this: “Should a SWAT team of over a dozen sheriff deputies be allowed to violently evict a young family from their home on a mortgage that was not only NEVER paid late, but on the day of eviction, PAID-IN-FULL?” [Note: This has been referred to the US Dept. of Justice for investigation AND the Senate Judiciary Committee has been alerted].

Lastly, if you are having a difficulty processing the seriousness, scope and magnitude of this matter, I have not only summarized it in a TWO-MINUTE video, but delivered it in FIVE languages. . . and if I must to stand on my head to get the attention this matter warrants, I shall do so.
