Victim # 22 in Potwin, KS Farmhouse Cyber-Attacks Comes Forward

Aerial View of Mysterious Kansas Farmhouse Serving As Hub For Cyber-Attacks

Numerous people have voluntarily contacted Spencer C. Young, indicating: (1) their social website or email account had been hacked; (2) their identity was stolen; (3) they were the victim of electronic harassment; or (4) were subjected to other forms of cyber-crimes . . . ALL of which emanated from the SAME IP (Internet Protocol) ADDRESS, which was then traced to the SAME PHYSICAL LOCATION of a rural farmhouse in Potwin, Kansas, which appears to have various addresses, such as:
  1. 8652 NW 120th St.,  Potwin, KS 67123
  2. 8653 NW 120th St.,  Potwin, KS 67123
  3. 8689 County Road 576, Potwin, KS  67123
  4. 8635 NW 120th St., Potwin, KS 67123
The property is owned by Joyce M. Taylor, who in turn has made arrangements in advance to transfer title to this property jointly to Fred Whitmore and Mary Ann Mercado upon her passing.

Below is another instance of notification -- in fact, the TWENTY-SECOND KNOWN VICTIM . . . and there are obviously MANY more.

Hi Spencer,

My name is Nancy Harvey and I live in Nashville, TN.  I was checking my account activity in Gmail the other day and noticed that my email had been hacked by an IP stated to be in GA.  Then in Fullerton, CA.  Then Kansas.  It is now stationary in Kansas.  Finally after several attempts at geotracking, the address has been successfully traced to 8653 NW 120th Street, Potwin, Kansas.

It says it is an IP address on ATT on someone's mobile.  Mobile IP addresses are not static.  They are impossible to trace.  Looking up the streets shown and latitude/longitude, I traced it to this location.  It shows the exact same farmhouse as listed on your website.

I don't know why my email has been hacked, and I don't know this individual.  Do you know anymore about this?

Hi Mr. Young
,
I don't know where to start other than after hours and hours of tracing an IP address, the geotracking shows it to be at the address of 8652 NW 120 St., Potwin, KS, the location of the farmhouse mentioned in your blogs.

The IP address was listed in my gmail account activity.  I thought someone had hacked my account.  There is a lot of information about this farmhouse location on the internet.

Would you please inform me what this is all about?

I've read about your terrible predicament and I'm so sorry for your many woes.
Thank you.

Durham County Is A Broken Municipality: For How Else Can Three Simple Objectives Be So Elusive? . . .

. . . in a word, "CORRUPTION".

Three Simple Objectives
Under normal circumstances, achievement of the following objectives would have been a fait accompli long ago, to wit:
  1. Drop the FALSE CHARGES against Spencer C. Young;
  2. Recover Mr. Young's STOLEN PROPERTY; and
  3. Prosecute the THIEVES (Judge David Q. LaBarre and his girlfriend, Leah R. Krier) who stole over $200,000 of Mr. Young's property and then had him arrested on charges made up out of thin air, which were then recklessly pursued by LaBarre's friend and colleague, Durham District Attorney Leon Stanback, in an effort to COVER-UP these FELONIES.  This is WRONG on so MANY levels.
          LaBarre                        Krier                                   Stanback

Durham:  A Broken Municipality
There is nothing normal about Durham County (NC), in fact it is so overrun by fraud and corruption, it's likened to a "den of thieves operating in a world of denied reality".  Accordingly, Durham is a "broken municipality", which is further evidenced by its two prior District Attorneys (Mike Nifong and Tracey Cline) having to be removed in disgrace . . . and it now looks like Durham is en route to realizing its TRIFECTA in District Attorneys falling from grace, as Mr. Stanback's wrongdoings are more egregious and disturbing than the misdeeds of Nifong and Cline COMBINED.
        Nifong                                       Cline                                     Stanback

The Link to MorganStanleyGate
Mr. Young's stolen property was involuntarily placed into storage after he was victimized in the worst bank foreclosure fraud in US history, and the thefts were subsequently carried out at those storage facilities.  The bank foreclosure fraud in North Carolina was executed by Paragon Commercial Bank and Wachovia Bank and instigated by Morgan Stanley in an effort to cover up its widespread involvement in criminal activities, or MorganStanleyGate.

Property Stolen in the LaBarre-Krier Thefts (LaBarre Larceny Scandal) . . .

. . . was valued in excess of $200,000.  This outlandish grand larceny was carried out in FIVE episodes over a six-month period by Durham County Judge David Q. LaBarre and his girlfriend, Leah R. Krier (pictured below), the details of which are painstakingly articulated in a 30 page criminal indictment that was originally filed with the Durham Police Department.

The thefts encompassed the following:

  1. Automobile
  2. Jewelry
  3. Artwork
  4. Computers
  5. Musical Equipment
  6. Televisions & Sound System
  7. Furniture
  8. Lighting
  9. Kitchenware
  10. Appliances
  11. Clothes & Other

Pictures of the stolen property are reflected below.

DA Leon Stanback Remains An Ironic Disgrace This Month Of February . . .

. . . which is "Black History Month" in the United States.

February is Black History Month                        Leon Stanback

Who is Leon Stanback?
Leon Stanback is a 70-year-old African-American whose record as a now retired Durham County (North Carolina) Superior Court Judge, and current Durham District Attorney should be celebrated this month of February 2013, nationally recognized as Black History Month.  Instead, he has brought upon himself profound disgrace with ironically repulsive behavior worthy of making President Abraham Lincoln and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. turn in their graves.

Three's a Charm
In what seams to be a broken municipality, the last two Durham County District Attorneys (Mike Nifong and Tracey Cline) were removed from their positions in disgrace.  Moreover, the adage "three's a charm" comes to mind, as this same fate appears to await Mr. Stanback, who continues to abuse his vested prosecutorial authority in a deliberately complicit effort to COVER-UP the extensive FELONIES of a long-time friend and colleague, Judge David Q. LaBarre, and his girlfriend, Leah R. Krier (pictured below).

Behavior Worse Than Mike Nifong
Arguably, Mike Nifong had set the high bar for atrocious behavior by a District Attorney, for his role in the now notorious Duke Lacrosse Scandal.  However, as detailed in the Jan. 24, 2013 blog posting, Mr. Stanback's wrongdoings surpass those of Mr. Nifong in that he:

Abused his Prosecutorial Authority
in order to
Cover-Up the Felonies of Judge LaBarre
through the deliberate execution of an
Unlawful Arrest of an Innocent U.S. Citizen,
who was the actual
Felony Victim of Judge LaBarre
and thereby fulfilled a key role in a
Vicious Assault on American Civil Liberties.

Former DA Nifong                         Scandal Reported on 60 Minutes

Oh, The Irony Of It All
Now let's examine how ironic Mr. Stanback's behavior is, particularly in the context of this being "Black History Month", during which time two seminal events are often remembered:
The Emancipation Proclamation in 1862
And
The 13 Amendment to the U.S. Constitution in 1865

Had it not been for others who lived one-and-a-half centuries ago, who sought to secure and protect the freedom of ALL African-Americans, Mr. Stanback would have been born a slave and subjected to unimaginable suffering and indignation throughout his lifetime.  He would have otherwise NEVER reached his current age of 70, and he most certainly would have NEVER been appointed to the position of District Attorney in North Carolina !!

And how does Mr. Stanback demonstrate his appreciation for the protection of his right to freedom?  By taking away the freedom of an innocent U.S. citizen (Spencer C. Young) on FALSE charges in order to protect the FELONIES of a corrupt judge (David Q. LaBarre), who is a friend and colleague of his.  As a result of Stanback's reckless prosecutorial behavior, Mr. Young spent 127 days in maximum security jail with violent felons, while being UNLAWFULLY denied bail !!  And Stanback has stubbornly refused to drop the OBVIOUSLY BOGUS CHARGES.
What ?!?

So What MUST Done?
To correct this travesty of justice . . .
  1. Drop the FALSE Charges Against Spencer C. Young
  2. Recover and Return Mr. Young's STOLEN Property; and
  3. PROSECUTE the Criminal Complaint Against Judge Labarre & Others
. . .  AND THEN conduct a FULL investigation
into District Attorney Leon Stanback's
actions in this matter !!

Historical Context
For further historical context to the outrageous irony in District Attorney Leon Stanback's behavior, the Emancipation Proclamation (which declared slaves "forever free") and the 13th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution (which abolished slavery) are reproduced below, with the especially relevant sections highlighted.

The Emancipation Proclamation

Whereas on the 22nd day of September, A.D. 1862, a proclamation was issued by the President of the United States, containing, among other things, the following, to wit:

"That on the 1st day of January, A.D. 1863, all persons held as slaves within any State or designated part of a State the people whereof shall then be in rebellion against the United States shall be then, thenceforward, and forever free; and the executive government of the United States, including the military and naval authority thereof, will recognize and maintain the freedom of such persons and will do no act or acts to repress such persons, or any of them, in any efforts they may make for their actual freedom.

"That the executive will on the 1st day of January aforesaid, by proclamation, designate the States and parts of States, if any, in which the people thereof, respectively, shall then be in rebellion against the United States; and the fact that any State or the people thereof shall on that day be in good faith represented in the Congress of the United States by members chosen thereto at elections wherein a majority of the qualified voters of such States shall have participated shall, in the absence of strong countervailing testimony, be deemed conclusive evidence that such State and the people thereof are not then in rebellion against the United States."

Now, therefore, I, Abraham Lincoln, President of the United States, by virtue of the power in me vested as Commander-In-Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States in time of actual armed rebellion against the authority and government of the United States, and as a fit and necessary war measure for suppressing said rebellion, do, on this 1st day of January, A.D. 1863, and in accordance with my purpose so to do, publicly proclaimed for the full period of one hundred days from the first day above mentioned, order and designate as the States and parts of States wherein the people thereof, respectively, are this day in rebellion against the United States the following, to wit:

Arkansas, Texas, Louisiana (except the parishes of St. Bernard, Palquemines, Jefferson, St. John, St. Charles, St. James, Ascension, Assumption, Terrebone, Lafourche, St. Mary, St. Martin, and Orleans, including the city of New Orleans), Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Virginia (except the forty-eight counties designated as West Virginia, and also the counties of Berkeley, Accomac, Morthhampton, Elizabeth City, York, Princess Anne, and Norfolk, including the cities of Norfolk and Portsmouth), and which excepted parts are for the present left precisely as if this proclamation were not issued.

And by virtue of the power and for the purpose aforesaid, I do order and declare that all persons held as slaves within said designated States and parts of States are, and henceforward shall be, free; and that the Executive Government of the United States, including the military and naval authorities thereof, will recognize and maintain the freedom of said persons.

And I hereby enjoin upon the people so declared to be free to abstain from all violence, unless in necessary self-defense; and I recommend to them that, in all cases when allowed, they labor faithfully for reasonable wages.

And I further declare and make known that such persons of suitable condition will be received into the armed service of the United States to garrison forts, positions, stations, and other places, and to man vessels of all sorts in said service.

And upon this act, sincerely believed to be an act of justice, warranted by the Constitution upon military necessity, I invoke the considerate judgment of mankind and the gracious favor of Almighty God.

In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the United States to be affixed.  Done at the city of Washington, this first day of January, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred sixty three, and of the Independence of the United States of America the eighty seventh.
