Step 4 - The Projects Necessary to
Resolve MorganStanleyGate


Below is the listing of the projects associated with resolving MorganStanleyGate:  The total amount of claims being pursued exceeds $2.5 Billion.  The aggregate amount of awards and settlements received from these projects (net of associated expenses) will be split evenly  in order to fund charitable causes to assist others victimized by banking abuse, judicial wrongdoing and instances of corruption by public officials.  Notwithstanding, once Spencer C. Young has received restitution for his stolen net worth and lost income ($40 million), ALL  additional proceeds shall be used to assist others similarly victimized.

Attorney Projects: Claims Against . . . 
  1. PROJECT A-1:  Morgan Stanley / Kirkland & Ellis -- Legal claims for damages (compensatory, pain & suffering, punitive) against these firms and employees involved in the initial employment fraud, smear campaigns in New York, North Carolina and nationally, as well as obstructing justice and FRESCA crimes associated with the cover-up (Estimated claim = $1 Billion)
  2. PROJECT A-2:  Wells Fargo (Wachovia) / Nelson Mullins -- Legal claims for damages (compensatory, pain & suffering, punitive) against these firms and employees involved in the conspired sabotage, the NC smear campaign and fraudulent foreclosure of The Courtyard of Chapel Hill and ensuing FRESCA crimes associated with the cover-up (Estimated claim = $150 million)
  3. PROJECT A-3:  Paragon Commercial Bank / Poyner & Spruill -- Legal claims for damages (compensatory, pain & suffering, punitive) against these firms and employees involved in perpetrating the 31 criminal/civil counts pertaining to the fraudulent foreclosures of The Pit Stop of Durham, Meadowmont Village Condo of Chapel Hill and land parcels associated with The Courtyard of Chapel Hill and ensuing FRESCA crimes associated with the cover-up (Estimated claim = $300 million)
  4. PROJECT A-4:  Orange County (North Carolina) -- Legal claims for damages (compensatory, pain & suffering, punitive) against the Sheriff and his deputies of this municipality for knowingly carrying out a violent fraud-based eviction, attempted assassination via SWAT Team, wrongful arrest and maliciously attempted incarceration in a mental ward hospital (Estimated claim = $200 million)
  5. PROJECT A-5:  Town of Chapel Hill (North Carolina) -- Legal claims for damages (compensatory, pain & suffering, punitive) against this municipality for deliberately failing to enforce its laws and ordinances as a willing participant in the commercial sabotage and fraudulent foreclosure on The Courtyard of Chapel Hill (Estimated claim = $150 million)
  6. PROJECT A-6:  Durham County (North Carolina) -- Legal claims for damages (compensatory, pain & suffering, punitive) against this municipality for wrongful arrest and incarceration in maximum security jail, deliberate physical and emotional torture, fraudulent extradition, unlawful search and seizure, and extensive civil rights violations, all of which were executed by Durham District Attorney Leon Stanback, in an effort to cover up the criminal activities of his long-time friend, colleague and co-conspirator David Q. LaBarre.  (Estimated claim = $127 million, representing $1 million for each day of unlawful incarceration) 
  7. PROJECT A-7:  Pinellas County (Florida) -- This is linked with Project A-4 and pertains to legal claims  for damages (compensatory, pain & suffering, punitive) against this municipality for wrongful arrest and incarceration in maximum security jail, deliberate physical and emotional torture, fraudulent extradition, unlawful search and seizure, and extensive civil rights violations (Estimated claim = $127 million, representing $1 million for each day of unlawful incarceration) 
  8. PROJECT A-8:  North Carolina Newspapers -- Legal claims for libel and associated damages (compensatory, pain & suffering, punitive) arising from the malicious publishing of over 60 false and disparaging articles intended to publicly smear Spencer C. Young's personal character and professional reputation. (Estimated claim = $100 million)
  9. PROJECT A-9:  Federal, State & Local Public Officials -- Other instances of corruption and/or outright failure to execute the responsibilities of the office which they respectively hold -- for it is clear that had they done so, the substantial damages and associated emotional pain and suffering would never have manifested.  This also includes the wrongful arrest in Florida by a SWAT team of US Marshals predicted on a false and woefully defective arrest warrant (Estimated claim = $75 million)
  10. PROJECT A-10:  North Carolina Commercial Tenants & Their Attorneys -- Collection of amounts due from tenants of The Courtyard of Chapel Hill and The Pit Stop of Durham pursuant to associated lease provisions, with damages sought from those who withheld rent with malicious intent, including those attorneys who advised their clients to do so,along with assurances that they would never have to pay it. (Estimated claim = $50 million)
  11. PROJECT A-11:  North Carolina Vendors -- Pursuit of compensatory and punitive damages against all vendors who participated in any of the many instances of commercial sabotage perpetrated against The Courtyard of Chapel Hill, The Pit Stop of Durham, and Meadowmont Village Condo of Chapel Hill (Estimated claim = $50 million)
  12. PROJECT A-12:  New York Employment Attorneys -- Damages incurred from the numerous instances of malpractice by New York employment law attorneys who played a role in this scandal of fraud called MorganStanleyGate (Estimated claim = $50 million)
  13. PROJECT A-13:  North Carolina Commercial Attorneys -- Damages incurred from the numerous instances of malpractice and collusion by North Carolina real estate, litigation and corporate bankruptcy attorneys (Estimated claim = $50 million)
  14. PROJECT A-14:  Kansas State & County Public Officials -- Legal claims for damages (compensatory, pain & suffering, punitive) for criminal misconduct and abuse of authority against Kansas state officials, as well as local Kansas officials in the counties of Barton and Ellsworth (Estimated claim = $25 million)
  15. PROJECT A-15:  City of Durham -- Legal claims for damages (compensatory, pain & suffering, punitive) for criminal misconduct associated with failing to prosecute obvious instances of grand larceny and willing participant in the cover-up of felonies by a public official and other accomplices (Estimated claim = $25 million)
  16. PROJECT A-16:  North Carolina Storage Facilities -- Legal claims for damages (compensatory, pain & suffering, punitive) for criminal misconduct associated with  its participation in the cover-up of felonies by public officials and other accomplices (Estimated claim = $25 million)
  17. PROJECT A-17:  Other Individuals -- Legal claims for damages (compensatory, pain & suffering, punitive) for criminal misconduct by other individuals (Estimated claim = $25 million)


Capital Provider Projects:
  1. PROJECT CP-1: Liquidity -- Revolving lines of credit for short-term liquidity needs
  2. PROJECT CP-2: Real Estate -- Financing to reacquire properties effectively stolen via an elaborate grand larceny, pending adjudication of fraudulent foreclosure claims and completion of criminal investigations
  3. PROJECT CP-3: Redevelopment -- financing to complete the redevelopment of The Courtyard of Chapel Hill and The Pit Stop of Durham .
  4. PROJECT CP-4: Working Capital -- revolving lines of credit to meet operational working capital needs for The Courtyard of Chapel Hill and The Pit Stop of Durham
  5. PROJECT CP-5: Project Atlas -- An innovative form of banking which if put into practice years ago in the residential mortgage industry, the economic crisis would likely have been averted, and those responsible would have not run away with entirely unjustified compensation. [Note: this project is not necessary to resolve MorganStanleyGate, but it's launching was very much a casualty.]

Financial Advisor Projects:
  1. PROJECT FA-1:  Personal Credit - Reinstatement of Spencer C. Young's Personal Credit Standing to Pre-MorganStanleyGate levels, specifically entailing a FICO credit score of 800 to 850
  2. PROJECT FA-2:  Corporate Credit - Reinstate Corporate Credit Standing to exceed  Pre-MorganStanleyGate levels, reflecting the accretion in value of the corporate assets that would have transpired had they not been subjected to extensive commercial sabotage.


Public Relations Projects:
  1. PROJECT PA-1:  New York Metropolitan Area -- Ameliorate the effects of smear campaign carried out in this region
  2. PROJECT PA-2:   Triangle Region of North Carolina -- Eradicate effects of smear campaign executed in this region
  3. PROJECT PA-3:  Nation-wide -- Marketing the planned charitable goodwill initiatives spawning from the successes of the various MorganStanleyGate projects.
