Plea to Florida and North Carolina to Stop the Fraud-Based Extradition

The below message was both mailed and emailed to North Carolina Governor Bev Perdue AND Florida Governor Rick Scott requesting an investigation into Spencer C. Young's unlawful arrest and fraud-based extradition. 

North Carolina Governor Bev Perdue had committed perjury in submitting a Requisition Demand for Mr. Young's extradition.  In it she stated Mr. Young was bodily present in North Carolina on June 24, 2012 (the date the fabricated offense was allegedly committed).  This is a BOLD-FACED LIE, and suggests profound fraud and corruption.  

Accordingly, Spencer C. Young should be granted his rightful freedom.
