Request to End Estrangement

The email below was sent earlier today by Mr. Young to his extended family, and reveals some of the devastating dysfunction MorganStanleyGate has brought to them, as well as his commitment to end this sad manifestation.

This transmittal is being sent to those I consider "My Extended Family" (recognizing many no longer feel likewise), while blind copying select others who know at least one of them very well, along with the following "from-the-heart" request to those copied:

Otherwise, I'm afraid it will be deleted unread. Hopefully the contents will reveal why it is important this message be delivered and understood, as well as why I make this unorthodox request. To:  My Extended Family

I thought it would be timely to circulate pictures of paintings most recently completed by my sons' other Grandmother (a/k/a "Mee-Ma").  Although much has been said about my older sons' (Michael, Kevin & Ryan) estrangement from me, and my not having been able to see Jackson now for a year (that's more than one-third of his life), it bears reminding these deeply painful periods of emotional emptiness are as long, if not longer, for their Mee-Ma.  Especially since she bears no culpability for what's happened, and therefore should not be punished in such a hurtful manner. . . . . and the same holds true for my sister Denise.  So if you must affix blame and direct your retribution for what's happened to US, then I'm your MAN.  

I know what needs to be done to "right  this boat", and have begun executing meticulously developed plans to do so.  As I put the finishing touches on the dozen websites launched, you may finally begin to see how each serves a specific purpose, and why I'm confident in bringing this to a decisive and positive resolution .  And I've been reaching out for your support and understanding so this debilitating estrangement that's set it will not be used to retard my efforts. However, I've come to realize many of you have suffered too much for too long to realistically enlist your moral support at this point.  So I can only express how sorry I am you have had your lives upended as they have.

Equine Bliss

Although impacted by events I NEVER imagined could occur in America, and had undertaken prudent action every step of the way that should have arrested this horrible manifestation long ago, I accept FULL responsibility for it, and will let my actions demonstrate my resolve, and the results reinstate your confidence in me . . . for that is the only chance I have to regain what was materialistically taken and the three things I cherish most: You, your love and your respect.  I have been the patriarch of a family that has been well-provided for, for over two decades, and had built (not inherited) a level of wealth that allowed me to provide well for my loved ones, and I'm focused on regaining what was stolen and reassuming that role as quickly as possible.

Three Mysterious Emails

Background 

On three consecutive days of November 25-27, 2009 (Thanksgiving Day, and the days before and after),  disturbing e-mails were sent by an anonymous person to Spencer C. Young, his mother (Edna May Young), sister (Denise Vallarino) and fiancee' (Leah Krier).

Where The Emails Came From

The e-mails originated from a dial-up internet connection at a farmhouse located 25 miles northwest of Wichita, Kansas.  The address is 8652 NW 120th St.  Potwin, KS 67123, and is owned by Joyce M. Taylor, who received title in April 2009 from the Thelma Vogelman Living Trust.  Shortly after receiving title, Ms. Taylor recorded "Transfer on Death" deeds, which will bequeath ownership to Fred Whitmore and Mary Ann Mercado.  Others who may have information about these mysterious emails are Mr. Whitmore's sisters: Lacey Yordy, Teresa Rooding and Venissa Whitmore.  The associated evidence can be accessed by clicking here.

The "$64,000" Question

Why would someone Mr. Young does not know, suddenly take a keen interest in him, and send false, malicious and personally disparaging emails to his mother, sister and fiancee' from a farmhouse in rural Kansas over the Thanksgiving Holiday in 2009, and then communicate no further? (Note: Mr. Young is from New York and a resident of North Carolina, and as the subject evidence shows, the emails were written in a manner that would suggest the author knew Mr. Young's mother, sister and fiancee' personally.)

"CABLEINCH" is an acronym, as noted above. This website (CABLEINCH.com) is an exposé on crimes committed in the Triangle Region of North Carolina (vectored by Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill) as part of the cover-up in the MorganStanleyGate scandal, which includes "the worst bank foreclosure fraud in U.S. history" and an over-the-top newspaper smear campaign, entailing the coordinated publishing of 65 maliciously false articles by four local newspapers over a span of 15 months.

How Did MorganStanleyGate Begin?

Initial Fraud in November 2002

It all began with an audacious employment fraud predicated on greed.

Spencer C. Young, a successful Wall St. executive who had earlier founded the Commercial Mortgage Back Securities at J.P. Morgan was surreptitiously included in a firm-wide downsizing on November 20, 2002, predicated on a fraud discrediting his significant accomplishments, which was orchestrated by two of his colleagues at Morgan Stanley (Warren Friend and John Westerfield), and assisted by a third (Tony Tufariello).

The fraud was especially profound because Mr. Young had perhaps his best year ever, having created the highly successful IQ® franchise, and completed a unique farm loan monetization for AXA Financial, earning the largest investment banking fee for his group that year --  for it was also the largest transaction of its kind . . . ever.  

However, instead of receiving a promised “outsized bonus”, promotion and additional investment banking responsibilities (marketing ALL of Morgan Stanley's securitized products to middle market banks across the U.S.), he received 15 minutes to gather his belongings and leave Morgan Stanley’s Times Square headquarters, and was asked never to return.

Addendum:  Messrs. Westerfield and Tufariello, were later terminated for causing OVER $ TEN BILLION in losses associated with trading in sub-prime RESIDENTIAL mortgages and bringing Morgan Stanley to the brink of bankruptcy, and thus played pivotal roles in creating The Great Recession.  Warren Friend played a lesser role and was fired a few years later.
