Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Must Be Turning in his Grave in Response to This Vicious Assault on Civil Rights

The below email was sent on Martin Luther King's Day as a wake-up call to three prominent African-Americans (Leon Stanback, Lawrence Campbell & Antoinette Hilliard) who, through their actions (or lack thereof) have helped COVER-UP the FELONIES of the CORRUPT Durham County Judge David Q. LaBarre. and his girlfriend, Leah R. Krier (pictured below).  These have resulted in the VICIOUS assault of Spencer C. Young's civil rights -- all told, SEVENTEEN of Mr. Young's Constitutional Rights were trampled upon in this ridiculous CHARADE, which crossed state lines.

Stanback                     Campbell                              Hilliard

And the additional irony in this is that Mr. LaBarre's ancestors were likely slave owners.

Subject: Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. is Turning in his Grave in Response to this MADNESS

To:   Lawrence M. Campbell and Antoinette Hilliard

As key representatives of the Durham Public Defender's Office, you should be taking UNPRECEDENTED actions to ensure the THREE objectives (in the earlier sent email below) are met.  For example, you should be marching into Durham DA Leon Stanback's office and make these DEMANDS.

On this day of national holiday celebration, I submit Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. is turning in his grave in response to how the THREE of you have behaved in the assault on the civil rights of another in this charade.  End this NOW, return the stolen property and prosecute the TRUE CRIMINALS. . . in other words, PLEASE STOP THIS MADNESS.

Sincerely,

Spencer C. Young

Subject: DA Lean Stanback, Please Stop the Madness

To:  Durham District Attorney Leon Stanback

The ASSAULT on my civil liberties, property rights and constitutional rights has wasted hundreds of thousands of tax-payer dollars in an effort to prosecute now OBVIOUSLY FALSE charges against me, which manifested to COVER-UP the CRIMES of CORRUPT Durham County Judge, David Q. LaBarre -- He is NOT above the law, and this madness MUST stop, which begins by:

  1. Dropping ALL of the BOGUS charges against me
  2. Returning ALL of my stolen property, which Mr. LaBarre's misguided girlfriend admits to having possession of (including my computers which were UNLAWFULLY confiscated to suppress evidence against LaBarre in the subsequent ransacking of my Florida residence); and
  3. Prosecuting my 7/2/12 Complaint

I am the VICTIM . . . . David Q. LaBarre, and his girlfriend, Leah R. Krier are the CRIMINALS.

Sincerely,

Spencer C. Young
