Morgan Stanley Destroyed Everything

. . .  are the words of former Morgan Stanley Executive Director, Allison Schieffelin, who publicly exposed the insidious culture of this bank in 2004, after having to endure a three-year nightmare of baseless vicious retaliatory attacks.  

What follows is an excerpt from mevep.com, a website that chronicles the beginnings of the MorganStanleyGate scandal in New York.  As an institution, Morgan Stanley is the embodiment of a "Bank Bully", and how Morgan Stanley went about systematically destroying Allison's career and life pales to what they've done to Spencer C. Young and his loved ones.  

Morgan Stanley MUST be held accountable.

Allison Schieffelin

Allison was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley working as a Sales Person in the Fixed Income Group.  She had been employed at Morgan Stanley for 15 years until she was abruptly fired without warning in October 2000 for what Morgan Stanley said was "gross insubordination" and for "initiating an abusive confrontation with her boss", going on to describe her as "an angry bitter woman who doesn't have a life".  Just prior to her firing, she was subjected to a something known as "workplace mobbing", where she was suddenly excluded from client meetings, disparaged internally and given poor performance reviews predicated entirely on falsehoods.

After Morgan Stanley fired her, she was unable to find comparable work, for she too was the target of a malicious smear campaign engineered by Morgan Stanley, with the assistance of Kirkland & Ellis ("MS/K&E"), who operated in the background.  

Ms. Schieffelin was widely quoted in the media saying: 

"Morgan Stanley had . . ."

⇨ " . . . destroyed my career"

⇨ " . . . destroyed everything I had put my heart and soul into for fifteen years"

⇨ " . . . engaged in unlawful practices"

⇨ " . . . diminished me from a somebody to a nobody"

⇨ " . . . denigrated my work and accomplishments"

⇨ " . . . diminished, demeaned, embarrassed, ostracized and humiliated me"

⇨ " . . . engaged in activities that were the 'kiss of death' to my career"

⇨ " . . . isolated and marginalized me"

She aptly summarized the primary intent of MS/K&E's dastardly deeds as follows:  "They thought if they made my life miserable enough that I would just pack up and leave".  But Allison Schieffelin persevered, and with the assistance of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission led a discrimination lawsuit based on her travails and on behalf of other women, eventually prevailing with a $54 million settlement, of which she was paid $12 million for damages associated with the destruction of her career and extensive pain and suffering.  Importantly, she helped bring about meaningful change in the fight against sex discrimination in the workplace.

The President & First Lady's efforts to put and end to bullying are laudable, and their support for this cause is articulated in their short video below:

By my asking them to get involved in The Worst Bank Foreclosure Fraud in U.S. History, I am respectfully requesting they apply these very same concepts to rectify an instance of egregious Bank Bullying.

And to think, all they would have to do is inquire about it -- for once an investigation commenced, MorganStanleyGate would suddenly experience swift resolution, and countless others would thus benefit.

Congressman David Price Responds To SOPA Legislation, BUT IGNORES The Worst Bank Foreclosure Fraud in US History

On Dec. 16, 2011, Congressman David Price of the 4th District of North Carolina responded by email to ONLY ONE of my TWO expressed concerns in my communication of Dec. 12, 2011.  While encouraged that he would oppose the SOPA legislation (that would effectively censor the internet) in its current form, he completely ignored my request for his involvement in resolving THE WORST BANK FORECLOSURE FRAUD IN US HISTORY.  

In the context of my conversation with one of his staff (Sean Maxwell), this is not only reckless and inexcusable, but his circumventing the issue altogether suggests cover-up via corrupt influence, and therefore necessitates aggressive follow-up -- click here to listen. Thank you for contacting me regarding H.R. 3261, the Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA).  I am glad to hear from you.

As you probably know, the Stop Online Piracy Act aims to expand the ability of federal law enforcement to curb the distribution of illegal online content and shut down Web sites and services that use counterfeited or pirated content created by U.S. firms. The bill also includes a provision that could hold third parties, such as payment-processing sites and Internet search engines, responsible for piracy and counterfeiting on other sites. 

SOPA builds on the Prioritizing Resources and Organization for Intellectual Property Act of 2008 (PRO-IP Act), which increased civil and criminal penalties for trademark, copyright and patent infringement.  Companion legislation currently under consideration in the Senate, the Preventing Real Online Threats to Economic Creativity and Theft of Intellectual Property Act of 2011 (PROTECT-IP Act, S. 968), has not yet been brought to the Senate floor for a vote.

Important concerns have been raised over the impact SOPA could have on technology firms, which, under the bill as currently written, could face lawsuits o r have their sites shut down by the government for unknowingly hosting copyrighted content. I recognize that online piracy and counterfeiting is a real problem that should be addressed. Our challenge as lawmakers is to balance our efforts to protect intellectual property with the need to safeguard the open and non-discriminatory experience of the Internet.  Since its inception, the Internet has allowed anyone with an Internet connection to access or provide information, goods, or services on a relatively equal footing.  This open design has been largely responsible for the revolutionary impact that the Internet has had on global commerce, innovation, information-sharing, and so many other aspects of our daily lives.

H.R. 3261 has been referred to the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Intellectual Property, Competition, and the Internet.  Should the bill come before the full House for a vote in its current form, I would expect to oppose it.

Do You Believe in Karma? . . . How About $46 Billion In Lost Value & A Viability Rating Not Far from Junk

I began to realize the astonishing degree of Morgan Stanley's engagement in criminal activities in the late Spring of 2007 involving Fraud, Racketeering, Extortion, Sabotage, Corruption and Assassinations ("FRESCA" crimes) and how John Mack's return to Morgan Stanley in July 2005 had ramped up such activities, which very much continue today.  And it was then that I began to expose those actions through a variety of what are best described as highly creative means (more on this at a later date).

At the end of May 2007, Morgan Stanley's stock price closed at $70.59 and today it closed at $14.98, representing a decline of 79%.  Based on the number of shares outstanding at these two junctures, $46 billion of shareholder value has been wiped out by the actions and policies of a  supremely incompetent and incorrigibly evil, John Mack, who remains Chairman of the Board.  Today Fitch also lowered Morgan Stanley's viability rating as a going concern to what is just a few notches above "junk" in Wall St. parlance.

Karma?  You be the judge.

Response to Facebook's Erroneous Assertion & Threat To Block The Addition of Facebook Friends

The below message and accompanying exhibits (included at the bottom) were submitted today to FaceBook in response to what could be construed as a form of censorship.  How Facebook responds will no doubt be elucidating.  

The fact that Facebook would send such a notice and then threaten to block sending further friend requests (which is how it grew into the behemoth it is today) is beyond absurd, as articulated below.  Moreover, it is a sad commentary that one would have to go to such lengths to protect one's core freedoms and rights, but such has been the plight in contending with the influence of one of the most dastardly organizations in existence . . . Morgan Stanley.  

And why would Morgan Stanley wish to mute anyone on Facebook?  Answer:  Because their reprehensible transgressions are revealed in many of Spencer Young's Facebook posts, which have been made public.  

Response to Facebook's Assertion & Threat

I received an erroneous notice suggesting I was sending friend requests to people I don’t know, along with a threat to block me from sending further friend requests.  This assertion is false, and I ask that you rescind this erroneous warning and baseless threat.  Here’s why:

1. Mistaken identity – I have been reconnecting with friends back in high school, who knew me as football star “Scy” Young, (which are my initials and pronounced “sky”), however,  when they see my full name pop up (“Spencer C. Young”), it may seem foreign to them, but they in fact know me.  (See Exhibit A below)
2. Facebook’s Marketing – By its own admission and in its own core marketing that enabled it to become the largest social network and worth $billions, Facebook bills itself as “an online social network that lets you reconnect with old friends, stay in touch with current friends and make new Facebook friends”.   That is exactly what I am doing, and the only new Facebook friends I am making come from specific recommendations (See Exhibit B below), or where we share MANY mutual friends, which leads to my next point.
3. Facebook’s Contradictory Acts – Facebook also regularly provides a list of suggested friends, along with the number of mutual friends they share (See Exhibit C below)   In instances where Facebook suggests such a prospective friend, I learn what I can about them, and if we share the same interests I send a friend request, which is entirely consistent with what Facebook’s wants me to do.  It is neither abusive, nor abnormal in any way.  In fact,  it’s not only what makes the world go round  (See Exhibit D below for one such example), it helps shape the world for the better and leads to my next point
4. Shared Activism – One of Facebook’s most important elements is its ability to quickly link people with shared activism views, and as a result that has brought about significant change throughout the world – from the “Arab Spring” to “Occupy Wall Street”.  (See Exhibit E below)
5.  I’ve Got More To Lose – Go ahead, but take a look at my Facebook page and you’ll see literally thousands of family pictures and extensive detail about me personally.  Without question, the amount of personal information I make available to my Facebook friends substantially dwarfs most every other person on Facebook. (Exhibit F).
6. My Friends Are Legitimate – as of this writing, my current Facebook friend count stands at 309, and I can honestly say I KNOW each of these people.   I also have three sons on Facebook, who have not accepted my friend requests, and I know I’m not the first parent who has been rebuffed as such.  As each of them became stars in the sport of lacrosse and having been intimately involved in their upbringing, and therefore know many of their friends,  I can assure you Michael (a/k/a “Mike”), Kevin and Ryan Young do NOT actually know many of their collective 4,302 friends (See Exhibit G).
7. Sadly , Many Who Don’t Accept Know Me Best – In addition to my three sons, many of my loved ones have estranged themselves from me due to the effects of a scandal known as MorganStanleyGate (see twsyf.com for more), which has DIRECT links to the Occupy Wall St movement.  These include my fiancée (Leah Krier), once dear friend (Suzanne Brenner), brother-in-law (Ramon Vallarino), in-law-to-be (Kathy Krier) and many cousins (Barbara Campbell, Jay Denney, Cameron Campbell) (See Exhibit H)
8. Some Who Don’t Accept And Don’t Realize It – I’ve had inexplicable situations arise where those I sent FB friend requests to those who didn’t realize they hadn’t accepted (See Exhibit I below)
9. You Are Misidentifying Me - I am in NO WAY a spammer, NOR am I a stalker.  Rather I am quite a normal human being with the heart and capacity to have many friends.  Instead of unjustifiably harassing me, you would be better served in going after the person or group that sent me the message contained in Exhibit J.

The aforesaid evidences there being no basis for your assertion and threat, and I request that you rescind it IMMEDIATELY.

Communications with the Obama Admin. Are ONE-WAY, and the US Dept. of Justice Punts to Local Level

In July, the Obama Campaign requested me to join in an initiative to register voters in Carrboro, NC (which is the town adjacent to Chapel Hill). My response on July 20  is reproduced below, and I thought my reason for being unable to attend would be of interest to them, and would elicit some type of response . . . but NOTHING.

I find it incredulous that communications with the Obama Administration go only ONE-WAY. . . especially during a time when they are looking for much needed votes.  And interactions with Eric Holder and the U.S. Dept. of Justice are not only similar, they are far more convoluted, as one only gets a new phone number to call a few times over, before reaching a person who is willing to listen . . . which by that point ends up being a NOT part of the U.S. Dept. of Justice, but rather a LOCAL government official . . . and often where the problem lies.  

Based on this empirical experience in vexation, this is yet another reason why our government is broken, and the level of corruption is at a stifling level . . . for in instances of wrongdoing, our federal government appears to be completely INEPT.

This MUST change.

I would very much like to be there for this President Obama event, however, my fiancée' (Leah Krier), two-year son (Jackson) and I were evicted from our Chapel Hill, NC home and rendered homeless on Feb. 2, 2010 in what was arguably the worst bank foreclosure fraud in US History.

Prior thereto, I was forced under duress to sell my residence in Manhasset, NY, thereby usurping my three now adult sons (Michael, Kevin and Ryan) from the home in which they were raised, along with my wife of 24 years (Maria) who was convalescing from pancreatic cancer at the time, and has since passed away.

My loved ones most impacted (copied herein) have since chosen to estrange themselves from me in response to this travesty -- for they have somehow failed to recognize the importance of a family uniting during adversity.

These disturbing events were part of a six property ($22 million) foreclosure fraud on $9 million in mortgages that were NEVER late, NEVER in default and in the case of my Chapel Hill, NC residence . . . PAID-IN-FULL.!!

The banks who coordinated this dastardly assault (which proceeded uncontested because I was denied my Constitutional right to legal representation) were Morgan Stanley, Wachovia (later subsumed by Wells Fargo) and Paragon Commercial Bank. And my colleagues at Morgan Stanley who instigated this (John Westerfield, Tony Tufariello and Warren Friend) also played leading roles in wrecking the US economy through their MASSIVE losses in residential sub-prime lending, which in turn brought Morgan Stanley to its knees.

As soon as the Obama administration AWAKENS to this (note: I am NOT alone in this form of victimization) and responds to ameliorate these seminal assaults on US civil liberties, then you shall have our full support. Now it's President Obama's turn, and I look forward to HIS response . . . But YOU, Jeremy, need to apprise him of this, as well as his buddy, Eric Holder.
